75th Anniversary Volunteer Special Issue Now Available
The digital version of Civil Air Patrol’s 75th Anniversary Volunteer (a special 84-page October-December 2016 issue) is now available here. The Volunteer cover features Cadet Maj. Megan Laubhan.
This e-edition of the Volunteer includes an article from CAP National Historian Col. Frank Blazich about CAP’s first commander, Army Air Forces Col. Earle L. Johnson.
